Billie Jo inception in the restaurant industry for 17 years. Billie Jo went on to get her real estate license in North and South Carolina focusing on commercial real estate.  Billie Jo then partnered with a major group out of New York  focused on commercial retail, representing TJX ( TJMaxx, Marshall's, Homegoods etc), Cold Stone and AMC movie theaters and building the first mall in New York City since 1973. Billie Jo has tenants that she represents in Connecticut, New York,  New Jersey, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Arizona.
